Rentmeister Total Home Service is a family owned business looking for an experienced HVAC installer / journeyman to join our Team! The HVAC installation crew member installs air conditioning, heating and control systems, heat pumps and mini splits in new construction / Residential homes.

Job Qualifications :

• High school graduate and graduate of a post-secondary HVAC program of instruction of two or more years in duration.
• One or more years of successful and full-time HVAC experience, preferably in New Construction Installation
• Good oral and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers' installation instructions and clearly communicate with Rentmeister employees.
• Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances, and extreme weather conditions.
• Interest and initiative in maintaining his / her HVAC skills through a combination of self-study, company training, manufacturers' workshops, and other professional development activities.
• Current Drivers license
• Must have a good driving record
• Complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

RMGA Certified

EPA Certified

Completed or currently attending HVAC trade school, (or have equivalent experience)

This is a full time position, day shift, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime
