Responsibilities

• Review and resolve non-urgent tickets for our residents
• Escalate urgent resident issues to the correct team member
• Maintain resident communication via email, text, and phone
• Document information in the system in a timely and accurate manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Two years property management or real estate experience preferred
• Strong desire to take ownership and help to maintain our national brand
• Strong work ethic required
• Organizational skills are a must along with attention to detail and the ability to handle high volume
• Strong critical thinking skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence
• Able to perform at a high-level in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• Computer literacy is a must and candidate will be required to use online company software
