Statewide Remodeling, a division of Renuity, is hiring Inside Sales - Previous Customer Agents to expand our Homeowner Relationship Center team.

We were founded to address a recurring problem in the home improvement market the inconsistency of experiences that customers face when they hire a contractor to remodel their home. We heard an echoing theme amongst consumers that they were generally unhappy about their remodeling experience - the product they actually received was different than the product they were sold, the project took much longer than expected, they had service issues after the installation was complete, and a variety of other horror stories. We at Statewide set out to solve this problem by bringing together a national network of best-in-class home remodelers who provide a great experience for their customers, from start to finish, because of this Statewide Remodeling has proudly been recognized by the 2020 Consumers' choice award.

- Hourly base pay Commission
- Uncapped commissions
- Paid Training
- Work from Home - this is a remote position
- ALL leads are provided to you, no cold calling

- Advancement opportunities available to top representatives into management and leadership
- Generate new business by building rapport with previous customers, probing for new interests and identifying potential new business
- Partner with our Sales teams to build opportunities in our existing customer base
- Make Outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 50% - never make a cold call again in your career
- Manage previous customer base by using CRM to follow up and identify sales opportunities and productivity objectives
- Build relationships with our customers, so that they will keep us at the forefront of their minds when it comes to remodeling their homes
- Handle possible service inquiries with previous remodeling projects confidently and quickly
- Awareness and interest in the home remodeling industry or experience with homeowners
- Self-starter, quick learner, team player
- Must have scheduling availability during the following times- Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm
- 1 to 3 years of phone sales, upselling, or rehash experience- a plus!
- Providing customers an amazing experience
- Excellent computer and voice skills with attention to detail
- Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
- High energy and willingness to learn
- Must be familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
- Quiet work place with high speed home internet to be able to work effectively from home after training
- Experience with Lead Perfection and Five9 preferred but not required. Training will be provided
