This role requires a keen eye for quality, accuracy, and visual appeal of Amazon listings, analyzing sales and market data, and discovering new opportunities to boost our Amazon sales and footprint. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to quickly analyze current performance and identify necessary actions to drive success. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. • High-level Strategy
• Oversee strategic direction, setting yearly goals and objectives
• Online Sales
• Develop & implement strategies to increase sales, expand product offerings and improve profitability
• Analysis
• Continuously monitor existing listings and potential market opportunities to make data-driven improvements to the channel. Amazon Fulfillment
• Work closely with the Amazon team to test and deploy new strategies for Amazon fulfillment, including FBM, FBA, and SFP among others, to improve cost and conversion rate. Reporting and Analysis
• Provide regular reporting on channel and product performance, with recommendations for improvements. Product Research and Analysis
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to suggest new products not currently offered that would be successful on Amazon. Collaborate with the Product Development team to create products that perform well on Amazon. End-to-End Product Analysis
• Perform comprehensive analysis of product costs, current margins, and opportunities for improvement. Content Creation
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class content for our Amazon listings and advertising. Process

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 5-7 Years of experience as an Amazon expert with a focus on B2C ecommerce. 1-3 years supervisory experience in leading a team preferred DTC Amazon with FBA & SFP experience strongly preferred CORE COMPETENCIES: Action Oriented
