Rep'm Group is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Charlotte, NC

SUMMARY:

A dynamic position inside a fast-growing company that works with emerging national brands in the franchise industry. This role will be assisting the growth of the franchise partners by working with the franchisees through the site selection phase and coordinating with the local/ master broker network. The coordination between all parties to stay on time and within brand standards are the key metrics you will be tasked with. This individual will need to be highly organized and detailed focused. Have a good understanding of a commercial retail lease but does not need to be a licensed broker. Task oriented and the ability to use our CRM is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage individual pipeline of franchisees as well as the total pipeline that are in the real estate process

Forecast expected changes in the pipeline and expected new clients and lease signings

Prospect for new brands to onboard to REP’M

Work through the SBA Funding process with franchisees

Participate in brand weekly calls

Keep CRM system up to date

Work with PM team to help franchisees with preliminary estimates and test fits

Manage master broker relationships

Communicate to Project Manager any changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost.

Using checklist, manage basic protections of AIA short form contracts.

Understand the change order process and that the correct language is included.

Ability to take necessary notes and assign action items from project calls.

Ability to oversee projects completed from support team.

Drive experience for our clients through leadership, ownership, and character.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with minimal oversight. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Organized self-starter that is task and detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well with large and diverse teams, and work well under pressure.

Experience with task scheduling and resource assignment.

Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, schedules, cost, and scope verification.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to interface effectively with clients and vendors.

Must possess solid organizational skills including attention to detail and have the ability to multitask.

Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM preferred.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
