Job Title: NetSuite Admin

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000

Location: New Orleans, LA

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all aspects of NetSuite within the construction company
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and configure NetSuite accordingly
• Develop and customize reports, saved searches, and workflows to optimize business processes
• Provide training and support to users on NetSuite functionalities and troubleshooting technical issues
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure data integrity and system performance
• Stay current on NetSuite updates and best practices to continuously improve system efficiency

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration, including all core modules
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with financial reporting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or related field preferred
