Revenue Operations Manager - Raleigh, NC.

We are looking for a RevOps Manager to come join a growing asset software company here in the Raleigh-Durham area. This role will be targeting a base salary of 100,000 to 130,000 based on experience.

Responsibilites:

• Prepare and present regular sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales forecasts, targets, and quotas across the entire sales organization

• Coordinate with Finance and HR teams to manage sales compensation plans and incentives

• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns

• Provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes, tools, and systems

• Stay on top of trends with new market knowledge, data tracking, etc.

• Optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the sales org.

• Implement and maintain sales technology solutions to support sales operations and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field

• 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and gnerate actionable insights

• Familiar and experience in working with Salesforce and HubSpot

• Proficient in tracking metrics, quotas, compensation structures, and other related tasks

• Must have experience working in the SaaS, IoT, Information Technology, or similar industry
