Senior ServiceNow Architect

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Target Salary: $120,000-$180,000 DOE

Overview: Our client is at the forefront of leveraging the ServiceNow platform to drive business innovation and efficiency. They are looking for a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Architect to join the team. You may be a good fit if you specialize in application engineering and configuration and have extensive experience in ServiceNow development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and configure custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead the creation and implementation of custom REST/SOAP APIs for seamless integration with other systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Oversee the development lifecycle in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and engineers.
• Ensure the ongoing health and performance of the ServiceNow platform through proactive monitoring and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years in ServiceNow Development/Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of implementations, workflows, integrations, and customization within the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
