ServiceNow Senior Consultant

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and value of ServiceNow solutions to potential and existing clients.
• Identify and analyze customer issues, understanding the intersection between technical challenges and business objectives.
• Develop tailored solutions to address customer needs, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow products, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years in a consultative role within the ServiceNow platform, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving customer issues.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required.
• Demonstrated experience in leading product demonstrations and effectively communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
