Responsibilities:
- Provide quality Botox and Fillers.
- Retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up protocols.
- Provide skin care consultations, recommend retail products and cross promote all medspa services.
- Charting and documentation of patient profiles.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
- Accept responsibility, authority and accountability as a professional nurse.
- Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of company as an individual and as a team member.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills; High level of environmental awareness.
- Exceptional communication skills; Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and confidence and able to communicate effectively.
- Ability to empathize with patient needs and concerns; demonstrating compassion and warmth.
- Ability to communicate and educate patients with confidence during all aspects of their treatments.
- Exhibit a demonstrated passion for the medical spa industry and for the company.
- Commitment to learn and follow all company policies, procedures and aspects of client care, with a strong passion to demonstrate and promote company culture.
- Must be willing to come in early, stay late and come in on days off if needed to accommodate clients.
- Proven experience building and maintaining customer relationships. Sales experience strongly preferred.
- 2 years’ experience as a nurse practitioner in aesthetics.
- Experience in Emergency Department setting.
- Nurse Practitioner with all necessary licensing in good standing in the state of Florida.
- Professional, warm, confident and compassionate bedside manner.
- Flexible Schedule
