What We Need

We are looking for a Production Clerk to join our team! The ideal candidate should be able to pay close attention to details, possess computer skills including Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel, have a positive attitude and communication style along with an ability to adapt and learn and take ownership of the position. Our mission for this role is for the ideal candidate to successfully perform all duties with efficiency under the supervision of the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· Enter data from production tally sheets to spreadsheets and submit that information to Plant Manager and accounting for further processing.

· Communicate tally sheet errors to production team members and instruct them to complete forms fully and accurately.

· Collect sales orders from the Office Coordinator and organize.

· Verify inventory of finished goods and work-in-progress for sales order items.

· Collaborate with the Plant Manager to produce a production schedule, set priorities, and estimate hours necessary to complete produced goods.

· Communicate production schedule to production team members daily.

· Prepare summary reports from the production data to provide feedback to production teams and management.

· Enter data from inventory counts into spreadsheets and update production planning.

· Assist in ordering supplies for production and keeping track of inventory of those items.

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.

· Complete tasks to allow Replex Plastics to remain ISO 9001:2015 compliant.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

This position is part-time, Monday-Friday 7:00am – 12:00 pm, non-exempt, 20 hours per week.
