SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform sales activities including canvassing, scheduling appointments, presentations, and closing sales/signing contracts.
- Generate detailed work scopes and contracts for new customers
- Provide the utmost customer service to new and existing customers
- Stay ahead of the curve with product knowledge and sales knowledge
- Develop and maintain active pipeline through leads, prospecting, referrals, and networking
SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent social/people skills
- 3 years’ required experience in Sales, Customer Service or Account Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in roofing, construction, or industrial sales is required
- Experience in door to door sales is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have the ability to motivate those around them
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to travel
- Must have flexible availability
