POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Operations Specialist will play an integral part in supporting the sales team with various day to day activities, such as preparing dashboards, reporting, customer pricing schedules, facilitating customer contracts, waste profiling, CRM Support, analyzing sales data, customer direct communications, and working with operations to determine capabilities, set and manage scheduling and coordinate with necessary corporate functions to assist in executing a sale.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writing some analytical copy, including both internal and external audiences, coordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs).
Ensuring the integrity, quality, consistency, and accuracy of the key data, supporting information, and other standard materials, as well as the reporting of that data.
Working with SMEs to collect, develop, and maintain relevant CRM materials.
Work with all stakeholders to resolve any issues in a timely fashion.
Follow-up with SMEs when data is incorrect or incomplete.
Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
Work with sales team to understand their current accounts, prospect identification and acquisition/growth strategies and assist with administrative workflows, including analyzing and monitoring information related to specific opportunities with CRM platform.
Provide pricing and contract support to the sales team, as needed
Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts
Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to enhance your ability to support sales effectively.
Review and respond to specific customer’s requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience. Deliver on all support requests in compliance with company expectations and values.
Performs other job duties as assigned or apparent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience organizing and supporting a diverse group of contributors and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat, along with proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite applications (PowerPoint and others), Salesforce, Power BI, and others.
Effective organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Excellent analytical capabilities as well as strong commercial acumen.
Ability to gather and analyze data and generate reports.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to work with stakeholders from all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years experience in sales content marketing and data analytics
Working knowledge of the sales process and experience with CRM management
Salary Range: $67,200.00 - $84,000.00
