Sr. Project Manager / Project Executive

Scott Humphrey has partnered with a client in the construction industry looking for a Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet company standards, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive management.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial management.
