Job Title: Sales Support II | Customer Procurement Service Team Specialist

Duration: 12 Months with a great possibility of extension

You’ll be helping sales and channel teams with the process of setting up customers for procurement.

DAY-TO-DAY TASKS INCLUDE:

• Assisting with procurement setup questions from sales, solution providers, and customers.
• Completing vendor forms accurately to comply with company policies.
• Managing complex vendor forms.
• Coordinating with various teams to ensure accurate information is provided to add your company as a vendor.
• Keeping customers informed about progress.
• Driving positive changes during organizational transitions.
• Delivering effective presentations.

BUSINESS ACUMEN:

• You need to understand company processes, policies, and tools.
• Adaptability is crucial, as the environment is constantly changing.

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of sales/support experience.
• Familiarity with procurement or vendor setup processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized and dedicated to providing excellent service.
• Proficient in desktop applications like MS Office, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
