Description

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of written reports and numerical analysis that are delivered to the client. Assist in managing the relationship with the client and serve as a point of contact to match client needs with the company’s staff and capabilities. 
• Take charge of situations by using available staff and resources to identify and resolve issues without being told. 
• Maintain contact with internal staff and client personnel through constant communication to maintain awareness and share status updates with the team. 
• Write and edit deliverables. 
• Write high-quality information papers, memoranda, PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other written deliverables with polished and professional language. 
• Support legislative and external affairs by drafting and editing statements for congressional hearings and responses to requests for information. 
• Train and instruct team members to enhance team performance and ensure outstanding service to client. 

Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) years of project management experience.
• Project management, strategic thinking, organization, time management, client relationship, and project management skills experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate flexibility, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Prior experience working with DOD helpful
• Self-motivation and the ability to show initiative in taking action and responding appropriately.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to execute clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player.
• A willingness to travel.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, public policy, real estate, or related field preferred

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES – preferred but not required
