Job Overview/Summary:
The Intake Specialist provides day-to-day support with assistance to community members accessing services at the IRC Baltimore both through referrals and walk-ins. This position involves working directly with clients in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional standards and adhering to best practices regarding timely enrollment and referral to appropriate services. This position reports to the Intake Coordinator.

This is a full-time limited term position for one year and may be extended, depending on funding. The position is eligible for full benefits.

US Benefits: The IRC offers a comprehensive and highly competitive set of benefits.
