WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Assist all guests in a sincere, professional, and courteous manner, whenever possible going above and beyond the call of duty to do whatever it takes to ensure absolute guest satisfaction.

· Thoroughly and correctly cleans and sets up guest rooms according to Franchise and Veridea Group operational policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

· Completes checkouts in 45 minutes or less. Completes stayovers in 15 minutes or less.

· 1-3 days a week managing Housekeepers and keeping them on task and within the given 45-min/15-min time requirements.

· Thoroughly and correctly cleans, sets up and inspects guest rooms according to the Hotel Brand and Veridea Group’s operational policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

· Communicates with immediate supervisor promptly and accurately also provides potential solutions to any problems noticed.

· Ensures that guest issues, whether housekeeping or otherwise, are dealt with appropriately. If outside his/her bounds of authority, promptly brings the matter to the attention of hotel management.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
