Hotel Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient front desk operations, and effective leadership of the hotel staff.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive work environment
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services for guests

Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and hotel operations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in phone systems

Pay: $50,059.21 - $60,286.36 per year
