As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibility will be to reconcile daily transactions, verify accuracy, and prepare reports for management. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests who may require assistance during the night.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Financial Reconciliation:** Conduct nightly audits of daily transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

2. **Report Preparation:** Prepare detailed reports summarizing daily revenue, transactions, and occupancy rates.

3. **Front Desk Operations:** Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours.

4. **Customer Service:** Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

5. **Security Procedures:** Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of guests and the property.

6. **Communication:** Communicate effectively with the daytime staff to relay important information and ensure a smooth transition between shifts.

7. **Problem Solving:** Handle any emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise during the night shift.

8. **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.

9. **Cash Handling:** Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial activities.

10. **Administrative Tasks:** Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails.

**Qualifications:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

3. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

5. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

6. Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and hotel management systems.

7. Attention to detail and accuracy.

8. Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
