Job Description:

We are seeking reliable, friendly and dedicated Full Time Guest Service Agents to join our amazing team. The right candidate MUST have prior hotel experience (Marriott preferred), a personal commitment to excellent customer service, and high level of attention to detail. Reliability is extremely important. Hours will primarily include AM hours, but must be available nights, weekends, holidays. A flexible schedule is highly desired.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Handle requests and transactions of hotel guests.

* Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs.

* Exhibit courteous hospitality at all times to guests and associates.

* Be proactive in offering additional services and informing guests' of hotel facilities and amenities.

* Administer hotel payment policies.

* Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with guests, vendors, co-workers and management.

* Post all charges and maintain hotel key security system.

* Check in and Check out performed as expeditiously as possible.

* Knowledge of hotel phone system.

* Must speak, read, write and understand English.
