Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling and balancing daily financial transactions
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Assist with guest requests and provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth operation during the night shift

Requirements:
- Previous experience in front desk or hotel management preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service and guest relations skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel phone systems and hospitality software
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
