Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide essential support in a group home setting. The ideal candidate will have a caring and compassionate nature, with a strong focus on resident care and well-being.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care, hygiene, and meals
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents
- Uphold resident rights and dignity at all times
- Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to deliver high-quality care
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary
- Support residents with memory care needs
- Assist with hospice care services as required

Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with memory care practices is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a group home environment
