The Project Engineer will be responsible for leading projects to sustain the current product portfolio within the Products & Solutions Water business. The PE acts as a coordinator, dealing with stakeholders across all areas such as product management, engineering, sourcing, production, and others. The selected candidate will partner with various teams and production sites to lead implementation of projects to enable smooth product launches to our US market.
JOB DUTIES:

• Project Management tasks (various types of projects: component transfer, value engineering, quality issue resolution, testers build etc.) as assigned by management.
• Provide leadership of multi-function project teams to achieve cost, timescale, and quality targets.
• Ensure that all projects are performed and documented in line with Resideo Products & Solutions processes and procedures.
• Ensure project information available within project management tools is accurate and up to date.
• Support the defining of project plans.
• Identify risks and highlight process opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate and reinforce communication within project team members.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in business/Project Management or Engineering related disciplines.
• 3 years of project leading experience in a product development environment.
• 3 years of experience supporting the implementation of product design changes into production.
• Working knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Real experience with planning, execution, implementation, and monitoring cycles.

WE VALUE:

• The ability to cross-collaborate with global team members and functions (North America, LATAM, EMEA).
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of project management and related techniques, including creating a project's scope of work and utilizing critical path method, and good orientation in PDM documentation and data management (change management).
