The Vice President Sales , Windows will be responsible for managing all aspects of the traditional, national account and commercial sales channels for the company's Windows Business Unit. The ideal candidate must possess and display a positive attitude with relentless passion for growing the assigned business. The position will be a primary member within the windows leadership team and will be a key role in developing and implementing strategies and driving financial results.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Companies ATS Questions):
1. Do you have a Masters (MBA) Degree in a relevant field is required.
2. Do you have 7-10 years relevant experience in consumer durable products industry through sales, product management or marketing
3. Do you have Experience of developing and driving a sales channel; developing programs and building long-term relationships.
4. Do you have Experience developing and deploying strategic initiatives to profitably expand and grow a business.
5. Do you have Experience and Proven ability to drive top-line growth in small to medium sized customer base versus high volume sales with a handful of large-scale retail chains.
6. Do you have Experience and Demonstrated success in the growth and development of a
national sales force.
7. Do you have Experience and Exposure in the building materials manufacturing space.
8. Do you have Solid computer skills with experience in the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word Processing, and PowerPoint presentations.
9. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
