## Job Overview
As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need. You will assist with daily activities, provide emotional support, and ensure the well-being of residents.

## Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications following prescribed instructions
- Monitor vital signs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Support residents with memory care needs
- Uphold resident rights and dignity at all times

## Requirements
- Experience in senior care, nursing homes, or long-term care facilities preferred
- Medication reminders and vital sign monitoring
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
