Job Description:

  • Accountable for proactively marketing and sales of the investment services provided by Resolute in the NW Central Region (MN, ND, SD, NE, IA)
  • Promotes investment product sales provided by Resolute Investment Managers and establishes and maintains relationships with key clients
  • Research leads, identifying and calling on potential prospects and existing clients
  • Provide clients with investment performance updates as well as general client servicing
  • Leads initiatives with intermediaries in a defined territory requiring strong sales skills and product knowledge
  • Ability to identify client needs and coordinate efforts to serve assigned intermediaries is essential
  • Primary markets are independent broker-dealers, regional broker-dealers, RIAs, and wire houses

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in investment management, finance, business, or related field
  • Two to five plus years' experience in investment management or related business
  • In-depth understanding of the industry, financial concepts, product knowledge, investment management and client-service strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong planning, organization, analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently and work independently to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to self-manage workload volumes to achieve or exceed goals and changing priorities in a team environment
  • Significant travel (e.g., typically up to 33% of the time)
  • NASD License Series 7 and 63 required
  • CIMA/CFA preferred
