Resolute Tissue, a leading manufacturer of tissue products, producing both virgin and recycled grades is seeking qualified and experienced Production Operators to join our team! Do you have experience operating production equipment similar to rewinders, slitters, packaging, bottling, food and plastics production, palletization or any form of automated high-speed manufacturing? 

The company converts tissue parent rolls for resale namely bath tissue and paper towels, servicing customers in the away-from-home and value retail channels. This position is ideal for a career-minded individual with the ability to bring a willingness to learn and a great desire to be a highly valuable member of the team.

• Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be part of a results-oriented team whose members are encouraged to exceed expectations.

 Requirements

• Observe and follow all safety rules.
• A willingness to learn.
• Work 12-hours shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Some mechanical ability to operate hand tools when required.
• Positive, high energy, can-do attitude
• Must be able to speak and comprehend the English language.

• Ability to work different shifts.
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Able to bend, reach, travel up/downstairs, and stand for extended periods.
• Exposure to dust, heat, and wet conditions.
