The Senior Manager of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment is based onsite in our headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer and drive Resolve’s HSEQ culture by developing, implementing, and managing the HSEQ system to support Resolve in its delivery of strategic growth through existing and future operations.

• The Senior Manager of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality indirectly supervises Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Coordinator personnel at multiple locations to include Resolve deployed personnel who have been assigned these responsibilities.
• Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of an appropriate Emergency Response and Wreck Removal / Projects Program.
• Responsible to work with cross-function team on gaining and maintaining certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, (when/if required) ISO 18001 and to other certifications as appropriate from time to time.
• Prepare and implement overall HSEQ Plan subject to management approval, including an audit schedule aimed at improving performance across the company.
• Develop policies, procedure, controls, and metrics related to HSEQ.
• Lead the business ensuring strict adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Responsible for customer HSEQ management.
• Ensures Resolve maintains appropriate HSEQ resources to support the business.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual company HSEQ reporting.
• Review, monitor, analyze and report HSEQ metrics, objectives, and targets for business improvement.
• Motivate, coach, and encourage all personnel in HSEQ matters.
• Lead HSEQ operational safety training within the Company.
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage the document control process within Resolve Marine Group organization.
• When necessary, work on project sites to ensure proper safety procedures are developed and implemented.
