Resorts at Chester River Manor is looking for a reliable and courteous front desk receptionist to be a warm and welcoming face in our long-term care facility.The ideal candidate will have front desk, administrative,office experience, and familiarity with medical terminology.Candidate should also have excellent communication, solid computer skills, a positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES:Greets visitors, prospective candidates and other visitors of the facilityAnswers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associateProvides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, website and other related informationMaintains and manages calendars for conference roomsReceives, sorts and forwards incoming mailCoordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office suppliesAssists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collatingREQUIREMENTS:Prior front desk, administrative, and office experienceHigh School DiplomaExcellent communication skillsSolid computer skillsA very positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be vaccinated for Covid-19
