Job Description
The Planning and Analysis (P&A) Manager is responsible for developing a team of financial analysts to meet the quality and quantity of analytical work product required by the organization in meeting its financial objectives. The P&A Manager is responsible for being a conduit between the leadership team and the analysts, is able to translate the vision of the senior management team into a practical and measurable actionable plan, and execute it using the people and the technology at their disposal. The P&A Manager should be able to work with limited information and an uncertain environment, and have the experience and the fortitude to make assumptions that are required to achieve optimal work product. The P&A Manager should maintain composure in high stress periods, exuding a clarity of thinking and a goal-oriented mindset. The P&A Manager should demonstrate a structured problem-solving framework and be able to synthesize a challenge down to the essential issues and communicate it succinctly. A P&A Manager’s conduct as well as the quality of work should promote a detail-oriented mind-set, a pursuit for efficiency, and the ability to think critically about issues that are material to the progress of the organization.

Ability to sit for extended periods of time as necessary to complete job assignments and job duties. Ability to work on a PC. The individual may occasionally be asked to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends. Ability to lift 10 lbs. Required to understand and communicate and follow directions both verbally and in written English.
