Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in South-Central region of the US (reporting to US sales Director in Beverly, Massachusetts) to grow market share, profitability, and drive order intake. This individual will lead the promotion and growth for a range of industrial air filtration (baghouse and dust collectors) particulate monitoring, filter leak detection and baghouse control systems within the heavy process industry sector (primary and secondary ferrous and non-ferrous metal smelting, foundries, cement, lime, powder chemical, food, pharma, glass, battery, chemical, petrochemical, power, and other associated industries). This includes integration application solutions, and site service support to the existing and future customer base within the defined region of the US.
The individual will live near and work out of the Houston, Texas office space reporting to the US Sales Director in Beverly, MA. The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager is to drive overall sales and service business including the development of the direct accounts, rep and resellers as appropriate to access the complete potential customer base in their region, implementing sales strategies, negotiating with key corporate accounts, channel partners, and training & developing reps, resellers etc. to ensure to be best-in-class with respect to all product offerings and services. In addition, this role will collaborate with other sister companies where a combined synergistic solution can be offered to the user to enhance the companies’ brand.
What you will do:
Develop a strategic plan to build profitable order and sales volume, including which customers and verticals to target within own region.
Ensure OEM network is in place, where applicable US rep
Proactively work across market segments to leverage complimentary resources, solutions, and/or channels to obtain profitable growth and market share.
Develop regional rep network.
Grow the regional business YoY sales and revenue for all target business segments.
Forecast and manage sales activity and pipeline to meet order intake and revenue targets.
Directly participate in closing deals with target accounts.
Develop and drive business initiatives for future success.
Leverage industry expertise, customer knowledge and available resources, to drive credibility and confidence with the channel partners and customers.
Travel as much as required to support other regional sales teams, US reps, and end-customer discussions. 65-75% travel.
We believe you have: Your Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, with a service background.
3 plus years of direct sales and sales channel management experience, with proven record of operating multiple channels to market: direct sales, distributors, solution providers, and manufacturers’ representatives.
Preferred, but not required - experience with industries utilizing Dust Filtration plant and continuous process or pollution monitors, Process Gas Analyzers and Instrumentation products; understanding of such analytics and products is a plus.

Respected and trusted leader with a proven track record of achievements, solid technical sales skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including skills in delivering persuasive presentations in a variety of settings, ranging from customers to board/senior management level.
