Summary:

ReSource Floor Care is looking for a full-time Commercial Account Executive. The successful candidate is entrepreneurial and understands how to work as part of a team. In this position, you will be responsible for sales calls on existing customers and development of new customers. The emphasis will be on providing turn-key commercial floor covering services to End Users, Facility Managers, Architects, Designers and Property Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Create project proposals.
• Work with the project team to coordinate RFI's & submittals, order materials and coordinate deliveries, labor, and installation.
• Follow through by visiting job sites during project delivery.
• Manage projects in conjunction with the project coordinator or installation supervisor.
• Help solve problems and ensure that the jobs are installed properly.
• Work with the project team to ensure paperwork is correct.

Position Essential Duties:

• Customer service focus…first and always!
• Market and sell commercial flooring installation services to businesses in the Charlotte Metro.
• Participate in account trade shows, corporate events, networking events and related activities.
• Communicate with all team members as needed.
• Act as a single point of contact and hold responsibility for all aspects of projects.
• Work with RFC leadership to ensure project profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $112,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
