Resource Innovations is Hiring a Program administrator Near Yakima, WA

Resource Innovations is seeking an Electric Vehicle Program Administrator to join our growing Transportation Electrification Solutions Delivery team.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative contributor for customer service, reporting, grant application and project reviews, software systems support, and continuous improvement initiatives related to several Transportation Electrification rebate and grant programs.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, reliable, punctual, demonstrate initiative and follow-through, and be able to work collaboratively with multiple team members on numerous tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. This candidate will have a demonstrated interest in energy efficiency, transportation electrification, and working towards a more sustainable and equitable energy future.

This position is located in the following : greater Portland, OR / Salt Lake City, UT / Yakima, WA.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support project design, launch, delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Perform quality control reviews of project applications, tracking, and management of projects. Support development of plans, schedules, reports and recommendations to clients and partners and incorporate their feedback into final work product.
  • Support marketing, training, and outreach initiatives related to project objectives.
  • Support development and maintenance of program systems, processes, presentations, and reports.
  • Help ensure program applications, websites, systems, processes, qualified product lists, and other resources align with current program requirements.
  • Promptly and accurately address issues to assure problem resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive culture.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Able to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to positive customer service and customer experience.
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Preferred skills, education and experience :

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience with utility energy efficiency and / or transportation electrification programs.
  • Knowledgeable about Utility program strategies and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
