Job Duties:
- Assist Customer with hardware and software support.
- Take 20-30 calls a day to help with software related issues.
- Escalate any issue you are not able to solve.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Elevated computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Hardware and Software
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to learn our proprietary software
