summary ResourceMFG is hiring an experienced Electro Mechanical-Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative and general maintenance of facilities and production equipment. Monday -Friday 7am to 4pm $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience Weekly Pay Benefits available DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the Electro Mechanical-Maintenance Technician: Maintains Vacuum and Electro-Mechanical Systems Ability to perform cryogenic and diffusion pump installation, regeneration, and maintenance Perform scheduled and unscheduled PM and Repairs Perform electronic, vacuum, control system, and wiring troubleshooting and installation Understands and has ability to make repairs and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of complex machinery used in the fabrication and coating of optics Assist with general facility maintenance electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and various other facilities related operations and manufacturing equipment repairs Occasionally work in a clean room environment following all clean room protocols required-skills: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES of the Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician: Ability to work safely with a variety of electrical currents and amperages Concentrate effectively to ensure personal safety and the safety of others Demonstrate mechanical ability Perform mathematical calculations, especially in electrical/electronic areas Troubleshoot and layout electronic circuits Read blueprints, electrical diagrams, sketches and schematics and work from verbal instructions Effectively use various precision measuring tools and hand tools Collaborate with other employees and departments towards developing and implementing solutions Ability to operate forklift Use computers and mobile devices to maintain records required-experience: 3 years experience
