Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment, including assembly machines, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
•  Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, performing minor repairs as needed.
• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and maintenance.
•  Assist in setting up and adjusting production lines for different product runs.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.
• Identify and address production bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
