ResourceMFG is Hiring a Production Helper – 2nd Shift Near El Paso, TX
Production Helpers Needed in the Lower Valley Area of El Paso
Pay Rate: $14/hr
Shift: 2nd shift 3pm – 11pm and/or 3rd shift 11pm – 7am Monday – Friday
Must be flexible and available to work both shifts
Weekly Pay

Job Responsibilities:
- Manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other unskilled general labor.
- May attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.
- May read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
- May record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
- May move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers, by hand.
- May sort cargo – before loading and unloading.
- May assemble product containers and crates, using hand tools and precut lumber.
- May pack containers and re-pack damaged containers

- At least 3 - 6 months experience in manufacturing
- Ability to work standing long hours
- Analytical and problem solving ability
- Team Player and detail oriented
- Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to perform required functions with a minimum of direct supervision in task of routine
- Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
- Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
- Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
- Must be available to train in the 1st shift the first two weeks
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
