Employbridge is recruiting a Production Supervisor for a growing company in Albuquerque. We seek minimum 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proven ability to motivate teams of 25 people or more. This is a direct hire opportunity.

- Shift: Sat-Mon, 11:15am-11:45pm

- $70K- $78K Depending on Experience
Production Supervisor Duties:
- Maintains working knowledge of schedules, costs, quality, safety, material utilization, and efficiency.
- Ensures on-time delivery.
- Identifies deficiencies in production and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Provides leadership and development to create a skilled team.
- Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Additional duties as required by production needs.
Requires:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Experience monitoring KPI and production metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with medium to high voltage electrical distribution products.
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen events, and process improvements.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time.
