Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Quality Manager/Engineer to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality management system to deliver high-quality products to the automotive industry. MUST HAVE PLASTIC HEADLINER EXPERIENCE - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with IATF regulations and other relevant ISO quality standards
- Manage quality assurance activities throughout the production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Skills
- Proficiency in quality systems and standards in the automotive headliner industry

- Knowledge of IATF principles
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in quality inspection and QA/QC methodologies
- Ability to fabricate and implement effective quality management strategies
- Conducting quality audits to assess compliance levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
