The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for performing visual inspection of rubber/epoxy molded products during all phases of manufacturing to assure conformance to specifications. This is a full time, contract to hire position with opportunity for growth. 3rd shift: Sun- Thurs, 11:15pm- 7:45am $20.00/hour Weekly Pay Paid Time Off Medical Benefits Available Quality Assurance Inspector Duties: Perform incoming inspection Perform dimensional inspection Assist in the collection of data for process capability studies and analysis of non-conformance Reads blueprints and other specifications Assures control of nonconforming product to establish procedures Review and document R.M.A.s Work effectively with inspectors and production team required-skills: Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Must provide verification Minimum 2 yrs experience in Manufacturing Quality Assurance Strong math skills Strong computer PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Excel and email Good Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Able to demonstrate a high level of ownership to assigned tasks Must be able to learn components, part numbers and processes involved in manufacturing Good hand dexterity Ability to communicate in clear English Must be able to: Bend, twist and turn in a safe manner Lift up to 40 pounds Stand for long periods of time Requires steel toe shoes High Schoolrequired-experience: 2 years
