summary Chatsworth manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Sales Administrator for a project based position. Assignment length: 4 months Pay range: $24-28 The Senior Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the Sales Department with duties including but not limited to: Processes and enters orders. Processes credit card payments. Communicates and coordinates delivery requests and scheduling. Liaison between Sales department and finance. Answers and transfers calls accordingly. Maintains accurate customer information in client database. Assists in development, improvement, and implementation of processes. Develops metrics on track performance on customer response times and other metrics. Reviews contracts. All other duties as assigned. required-skills: Associates degree or equivalent, or combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative or customer service support role. Manufacturing industry experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. CRM experience a plus. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
