Job Duties for the Forklift operator
- Operate a Toyota brand sit down/propane Forklift
- Periodically load and unload materials by hand
- Stage palllets in specific work areas
- Safely move pallets throughout the warehouse
- Follow All safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Requirements for the Forklift operator
- Able to work in a hot environment and or cold environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand 8-10 hours per day
- Able work at a fast and safe pace.
- Attention to detail
- kneel, twist and stand for periods of time
- Work well with others, be a team player
- Follow directions given by the production supervisor on a work task basis.
- Good Hygiene is essential
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Operate a Toyota brand sit down / propane Forklift
