Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Assistant General Manager for a High-End Steakhouse to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation. We are looking for candidates with specific Steakhouse experience, a strong knowledge of wines is a plus! Competitive salary and fully paid benefits for the candidate and their family members! Bonus potential available Quarterly!Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Coordinate BOH and FOH execution
- Insure that the highest standards of service and food execution are maintained
- Assist in the development of other members of management team
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
- Previous experience in restaurants with at least 5 years of experience in the high-end steakhouse niche
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems and enjoys teaching others
- Passion for service and can help add to the culture in the restaurant
- Strong leadership qualities including coaching and developing others
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
