Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager - Great Bonus Potential! to join our Chicago area team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a restaurant team to help execute Sales & Events revenue. Typically, a Monday - Friday schedule with occasional weekend duties in supporting large events. Total salary and bonus potential is $80,000- $100,000 annually.

- Oversee and coordinate the sales activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields in the restaurant and entertainment industry
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
