ResourceOne is currently seeking an Variable Print Coordinator. The Variable Print Coordinator is responsible for creating/maintaining Screen templates/layouts, provide QC for incoming data and artwork, update variable schedule, and provide job statuses.

Hours: Nights: Must be available at all times from 5pm-5am.

Days: 3/4 4/3 rotation

REQUIRED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Excellent Attendance is a MUST
• Willing to work as a team member
• Maintain the Screen Equios system (templates, paper and color profiles)
• Receive and distribute incoming jobs from DP
• Utilize the most efficient layout to produce jobs.
• Schedule jobs to be efficient in production.
• Respond to inquiries about status, problems, and questions on jobs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Consistent and reliable attendance is mandatory
• Cross train in a minimum of one other area
• Work in other areas as needed
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Good Math Skills
• Must be able to consistently lift 50lbs
• Required to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach and move about the facility

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data entry, math and computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills
• Exhibit a sense of urgency and consistently meet or exceed production goals that are set by management daily
• Actively participates in the continuous improvement process for quality control, productivity, and operating procedures
• Overtime as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Computer experience Preferred
• Production Experience Preferred
• College desired but not required
• Experience working in a production environment

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
• Required to stand for long periods of time, stoop, bend at waist, and move about the facility
• Required to grip, twist, and turn with both hands for long periods of time

Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation.
