Requirements

• 8 or more years of datacenter experience, including 5 years in enterprise-scale environments.
• Proficiency in RedHat administration and certification.
• Experience in datacenter infrastructure provisioning and server/network equipment deployments.
• Experience with hardware lifecycle management from provisioning to retirement.
• Experience in diagnosing complex technical problems and providing solutions.
• Experience managing RMA processes with various vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute datacenter expansions and build-outs.
• Monitor power consumption and environmental conditions in data centers.
• Collaborate on day-to-day tasks with the datacenter operations team.
• Lead weekly planning meetings and coordinate with internal teams on project requirements.
• Develop automated processes for efficient hardware deployments.
• Schedule and conduct maintenance and upgrades on infrastructure hardware.
• Maintain accurate inventory lists and implement best practices in datacenter management.
