Requirements:

• 7 or more years of experience in IT Service Management.
• 3 or more years with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Configuration Management Database.
• Certification ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 is a must.
• Experience with SAP implementations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Provide software configuration and customization screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup etc.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality IT Infrastructure services, develops strategies related to IT Service Management
• Manage and design and rollout new modules, workflows and catalog requests.
• Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value.
• Analyze data by applying knowledge and experience to ensure appropriate information has been provided.
• Analyze and interpret data to determine appropriate configuration changes.
