JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented, creative thinker to oversee the team. The keys to success are a strong sense of urgency, efficiency, and accuracy.

The successful OMS Manager will collaborate with fellow team members and local operations leadership to drive operational improvement. The OMS Manager must be well-versed in distribution and supply chain operations, performance benchmarking, and KPI/dashboard development.

Experience with database management and related tools is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate is process-oriented and always looking for opportunities to streamline and improve. The individual in this role will work with cross-functional teams to solve complex business issues involving order fulfillment, operational compliance, and inventory optimization.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee team of analysts responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations related to inventory and order flow

• Develop strategy to improve efficiency in hold management

• Expert in technical and operational flows, identifying root causes and develop action plan to address issues

• Support the development and continuous improvement of standards along with implementation and improvements of systems.

• Represent team on calls with cross-functional partners

• Lead Peak Planning and Management

• Responsible for hitting MTD SHIP goals and maintaining SLA

Required:

• BA/BS degree, preferably in logistics or business from a US College

• 5 years experience, preferably in Supply Chain

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite

• Advanced experience in Microsoft excel

• Direct experience with regular interaction/management, an understanding of relational database concepts; the ability to merge and transfer files resulting in the creation of reports from multiple sources

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually and as part of a team

• Ability to derive and articulate insights and actionable recommendations from data analysis

• Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects independently, simultaneously, and with strong attention to detail

• Strong critical and analytical thinking

• Strong problem solving

• Experience leading a team of 2

• KPI development and management

• Strong communication and organization

Nice to Have:

- Familiar with IT ticketing systems JIRRA, Service Now

- Proficient in Power BI experience or similar reporting solution
