Job DescriptionAssist the maintenance manager with the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of company properties. Ensure the safety and comfort of clients and colleagues at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance tasks to a high standard within specified time frames.
- Maintain stock, tools, and materials in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with the maintenance manager and other departments.
- Report any additional required works.
- Work independently and support team goals.
- Ensure work areas are clean and tidy.
- Comply with HSE and water bye-laws for all completed works.
- Respond effectively to emergency call outs.
- Identify and communicate potential future work areas.
- Complete all paperwork and procedures on time.
- Attend safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
